My name is Sue Greenwood and I have a passion for history and the people who lived in it! I founded Family Trees and Stories to help people rediscover their ancestors. I can present you with a simple family tree, but I prefer to go one step further and try to tell the story of those people, so that you can rediscover their lives and bring some colour and detail to the story.

My Story
History has always fascinated me and not just the big events, but how people lived in those times. Family History Research uncovers your own cast of historic characters each with a story of their own. I have over thirty years of experience in Family Research and have combined that with my love of writing to tell your own family stories. There is always something to uncover - like my Great Uncle Ted, a working class man from rural Yorkshire, travelled to Argentina in 1911! How did that happen?
I am based on the beautiful Yorkshire Coast and can research any families with ancestors predominantly in England and Wales.
